Scott Overholser, DDS, might be better known as a dentist but he’s also known as a very competent management consultant who can guide staff into being increasingly productive.
Scott Overholser has co-authored a curriculum used to instruct six sales teams in different markets about how to increase sales and become more effective in managing customers. His training has allowed these staff members to achieve their goals four months earlier than targeted. With his credentials as a doctor of dental surgery, Scott Overholser is also part of a 5 man team which formed the Midwest Study Club, which educates and trains 120 health professionals in treatment techniques and patient/staff management.
He’s also responsible for drafting a training guide for staff management and clinical patient care used by 8 offices in a local referral network. Admired by colleagues and patients alike for his professionalism and sincere concern for his patients’ comfort, Dr. Scott Overholser is helping to inspire others to be their best.
